Our mission is to provide affordable web design, web site hosting service and web site maintenance priced for the small businesses.  Your web site will have quality graphic web design and web site customer service with a personal touch.   As a small business we know the importance of customer satisfaction and good service. 

   We will design your web site and can host your web site with whatever web design budget you have.  You will get a professional, yet affordable web site design at much lower cost than a big web design studio. We only  work with one or two clients at a time, this way we work together on a more personal level.  

    As our interest began in the graphic part of web site design.  We learned that it takes more that a fancy or elaborate web design to bring traffic to your web site.  During the web design process we will integrate all our behind the scenes  knowledge, so when we finish a web site design it is ready with all the meta tags and alt tags to submit to the search engines.  

    We decided to make our mission to reach out and do web design targeted toward the small business people and individuals that do not have the advantage of a big corporate budget to develop an elaborate web page design,  but would like to establish a web site presence on the internet.  Thus, "Small Business Web Design" was born.

 

    My name is Suzanne Chase, I am semi-retired and probably the type of person that never will totally retire.  I bring 20 years of experience in the computer field to you.  I started with computers in the good old DOS days, when windows wasn't even born yet.  I know I am giving away my age.  

     I worked as a technical coordinator in the automotive industry for 12 years.   Due to a car accident I was forced into retirement.  After about a year and half I needed something to do with my mind.  It was then I started my computer training classes.   I  have been teaching computer software (one on one) for the past 10 years to small businesses, home based business and private individuals.

     It was through my teaching to these small businesses that I realized there was also a need for affordable web site designers that will work with a small business and their budget to design affordable web sites, web page maintenance and web site hosting service at a reasonable price.

     I love teaching, however, I also discovered I love graphic web design and have found that the two go hand in hand now days.   A lot of people thought the internet was just a passing phase.  We all know now, that is not true.  The internet in the past 5 years has grown by leap and bounds.  Large and small businesses alike globally now are using the internet as major hub for marketing their products and services online.   Online marketing has eliminated boundaries and sales territories - your customer audience is now global.

     I would also like to welcome Bridget Wright. She is very knowledgeable in web design and tech support. She has been a part-time assistant as we have traveled in the past and is now working with me full-time.
